Delivery area

We currently deliver within Bangladesh only, with payment by cash on delivery (COD). You pay in cash when your bag arrives — no advance payment is required.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery outside Dhaka typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order confirmation

Because we produce in small editions (the first run is limited to 25 bags), we may call or message you to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Failed deliveries

If our courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order will be returned to us and treated as cancelled. Contact us to arrange redelivery.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your bag at delivery. If it arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours at tannery.mor@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
