Tannery Mor is a sustainable leather goods brand based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, crafting vegetable-tanned leather products with fair-wage artisans. We sell directly to customers worldwide through our Shopify store.

3. Products

  • All products are handcrafted; natural variations in grain, texture, and color are expected and not considered defects
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen — we do our best to represent products accurately

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in BDT / USD (specify whichever applies) and are subject to change without notice
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout
  • You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized
  • Tannery Mor reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment

5. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues), with a full refund issued
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed

6. Shipping

  • We ship domestically and internationally; shipping rates and timelines are shown at checkout
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility
  • Tannery Mor is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Custom & Bespoke Orders

  • Custom orders require a deposit at time of order
  • Once production begins, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • You are responsible for providing accurate specifications — errors in submitted details are not our liability

All content on this site — including product photography, brand assets, copy, and design — is owned by Tannery Mor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:
